The panel session is intended to discuss newly developed techniques to monitor voltage stability conditions in real time through measurements, preferable by PMUs and also recent applications of real-time voltage control and security assessment issues, taking into account the increased presence of inverter controlled generation. The panel presentations will be divided in two parts, the first devoted to recent advancements in real time stability monitoring, while the second part of the panel will be dealing with real-time industry applications.
