The material reported in this part is considered crucial to the basic understanding of the phenomenon. In order to establish the basic understanding of the theoretical and practical issues, the analysis was kept simple and generic demonstrated by simple examples. These examples, however, were selected such that the conclusions derived are general and not limited by the size of the example. Some of these issues will be discussed again in parts II and III in more detail and complexity.
