Panel Session on Biological Effects of Power Frequency Electric and Magnetic Fields

The paper presented in this special publication discuss the complex subject of magnetic and electric field interactions with biological systems. The emphasis of the presentation is on magnetic fields. The last panel session sponsored by the Working Group was focused on electric field panel session was well received, with the only salient criticism being the lack of prepared papers for distribution. This special publication has been prepared in advance of this panel session in response to that constructive criticism.
