In this webinar, we will discuss the Cyber security and communication aspect of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) project related to Optimal Reconfiguration and Resilient Control Framework for Real-Time Photovoltaic Dispatch to Manage Critical Infrastructure (ReDis-PV).
The project will develop a grid management tool that detects cyber and physical threats, and forms dynamic clusters to optimally manage photovoltaic and energy. The core of the project that allows management and control of DERs to support critical infrastructure is the main theme of the presentation.
This webinar includes the tool's capability to detect cyber and physical threats and mitigation strategies that have been deployed to overcome the threats. Also, in this webinar, the tool's capability to make the controller resilient to threats is discussed.
