GTD Asia 2019 - 2019 GTD Asia Welcome Address & Keynotes

IEEE PES GTD Asia 2019 was honored to invite a line-up of distinguished guests and speakers to open the conference. After Dr. Saifur Rahman�s (President, IEEE PES) welcome remarks, there is an update on Thailand�s energy situation by Thailand�s Minister of Energy H.E Dr. Siri Jirapongphan. Thereafter, two very accomplished speakers, namely Mr. Zhenya Liu (Chairman, GEIDCO) and Mr. Claudio Facchin (President of Power Grids Division, ABB) presenting with their Keynote lectures on Power Transitions and Smart Grids respectively.
