Green hydrogen developments in Latinamerica and beyond

Interest in green hydrogen is rising worldwide, with a particular focus on those countries with high renewables potential that can produce this non-fossil fuel cost-effectively. Latinamerica, Europe, and Australia are rich regions in terms of natural resources, and thus hydrogen plans are growing at a high rate. Some governments, like Chile, have a clear energy policy in place to promote hydrogen projects. In this context, this panel session will describe the latest developments in green hydrogen projects from industry and academia, focusing on Latin America.
