Wind and Solar resources are mostly intermittent and not quite dispatchabe. As more and more wind and solar being integrated to the system, they impose challenge in grid operation, in terms of power balance and constraint control. This panel will bring practitioners from grid operators around the world to share current practices and challenges, as well as researchers to present new methods to model these uncertainties and assess their impact to the grid.
