Power Grids are implemented and maintained with intensive capital investments, and are hubs of advance technologies and adaptive operation methods toward high reliability and competitiveness. Sustainable energy systems, including renewable energy integration, electrification and distributed energy resources integration, are reshaping the horizon of legacy power grids and calls for emerging technologies as enablers for more greener, economical and flexible energy services at all ends of the energy societies. This joint panel will address holistic issue around this topic.
