GM 2019 - Impact of Inverter-Based Photovoltaic Generation on Power Quality on T&D Network in the Southeastern Region of the US

Over the last 5 years, the Southeastern Region of the US has seen tremendous growth of inverter-based photovoltaic generation connecting to the Transmission and Distribution Networks. Power quality issues arising by interconnecting inverter-based generation are at the forefront for utility engineers. This panel session will include presentations from industry experts on minimum requirements and lessons learned from actual projects in the region. Furthermore, recent regional case studies, along with field measurement data, will be presented and examined.
