With significant workforce attrition on the horizon, Wanda has been promoting efforts to attract and educate the necessary talent for the power industry. Her efforts have served to bolster industry image, increase outreach efforts and rebuild power related curriculums. This presentation discusses the workforce transition that is needed given the significant industry changes that are underway. Business model changes, the importance of diversity to successfully innovate, knowledge management and impacts on corporate culture are a few of the topics that will be discussed to build the next generation workforce.
